Social Prescribing Snorkelling for Well-being

Snorkelling for well-being through social prescribing is suitable for individuals:

- with one or more long-term conditions.

- who may need support with their mental health.

- who are lonely or isolated.

- who have complex social needs which affect their wellbeing.

Partnered with Age UK and the NHS Cornwall Foundation Trust I offer snorkel experiences for well-being through social prescribing.

Snorkeling at low tide is a safe, accessible and relaxing sensory experience where people can gain confidence, feel joy and have fun in the ocean.

The sessions are well supported with discussions about fear of seaweed, marine life and breathing through a snorkel.

People leave feeling brave, mesmerised, inspired, more confident in the water and most important of all smiling and happy!

Wetsuits, masks and snorkels are also available upon request.
